Project Objectives

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE

To create a robust infrastructure for sustainable R&D activities to support Czech participation on Europian effort for safe and efficient energy generation in Europe in the 21st century, particularly in terms of preparation of Gen IV and fusion and for safe operation of Gen III and Gen II.

Project SUSEN enables

• new experimental opportunities for European nuclear R&D
• further development of nuclear energy technologies in the Czech Republic
• research and development support for Generation IV nuclear reactors and fusion technologies
• development of cutting edge technologies
• development of power generation research professionals
